Position Summary:
The Structural Engineer will play a key role in performing and overseeing technical designs, development of projects from conceptual to final design, oversee the preparation of contract plans and documents, and mentor junior staff. The primary focus of this position is bridge engineering; however, there will also be building assignments, typically related to public works-related structures such as wastewater treatment plant structures, pump stations, salt sheds, etc. If you are passionate about structural engineering and contributing to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.

Preferred location is BETA’s Norwood office, with flexibility to work from our other office locations. BETA also offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work in-office or remotely up to 2 days per week.
