The Insurance Licensed Sales Professional / Producer (LSP) career opportunity is for team players with a talent to grow customer relationships in a rewarding environment, while also growing and developing their skills.

You will be offered multiple opportunities to create customer relationships while receiving daily coaching in an energetic environment with a flexible work schedule and uncapped compensation.

Responsibilities

  • We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office .
  • You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone.

You wont be alone; we will coach you.

  • We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
  • You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance trainings.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Requirement

  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
