Position : CMMOperator / Quality Inspector
Shift : 1st Hours : 7AM4PM
Type : FullTime Mode : Direct Placement / ContractToHire
Pay Scale : $1730 / hr Industry : Manufacturing
Seeking anexperienced CMM Operator with understanding of CMM Setup Operatingand Inspecting Mechanical Parts made from Metals andAlloys.
JobResponsibilities :
- Performvisual and dimensional inspection of product in accordance withwritten procedures drawings and processdocuments.
- Complete first articleinprocess final inspection and packaging of customerproduct
- Ensures Customerspecifications and quality standards aremet.
- Inspects inprocessand / or finished production assemblies for conformance to requiredworkmanship standards.
- Interpretsengineering drawings schematic diagrams or formulas and conferswith management or engineering staff to determine quality andreliability standards.
- Coordinatesthe collection of all required documentation of supplierdocumentation original manufacturing certifications inspection dataand all additional paperwork required in support of the FirstArticle Process based upon customer requirements andpriorities.
- Work with customerssuppliers manufacturing engineering design engineeringconfiguration inspection and value Streams as required to createthe First articlepackages.

- Blueprint Reading / GD&T Understanding
- CMM OperatingExperience
- Aerospace ManufacturingExperience
