BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a full-service title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial transactions throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been serving the Tri-State since 1991.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review/approve title documents prepared by Processing.
- Provide approval/corrections to the Processing Department as needed.
- Prepare any necessary miscellaneous legal documents.
- Answer all legal questions.
- Conduct closings when needed.
- Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree is required.
- Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Admitted as a notary public.
