• The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an innovative elder-directed care model.
• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive plan of care.
• Required qualifications:
• Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year - clinical nursing.
• In gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree - in Nursing.
• Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification upon hire.
• 1 year - clinical supervisory, management or resource.
• Experience in long-term care.
