Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Landscape Supply Store Manager to lead our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the landscaping industry, and a proven track record of driving business success.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscape supply store, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement measures to drive sales growth.
• Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service standards. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of yard hands and sales staff. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance individual and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the landscaping construction industry is a must for consideration in this position.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of landscaping materials, products, and industry trends is mandatory.
