- Utilize manual cleaning methods as well as automated machinery to maintain standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Support operation by cleaning dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, racks and any other items needed by food service and culinary staff.
- Must have non-slip shoes, comfortable attire, no baggy clothes, no clothing with excessive pockets.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
