- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
- Must-know recipes for common drinks such as Old Fashion, Cosmos, Margaritas, Orange Crush, Bay Breeze, Dirty Martini, and Fuzzy Navel.
- Must be available on short notice.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
