Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. Duties: - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets - Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens - Empty trash containers and replace liners - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department - Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions.
