WHAT YOU'LL DO
Duties include but are not limited to answering incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination and/or assistance with certain events, taking sales calls leads, coordinating group reservations and amenities for VIP guests as well as general administrative responsibilities.
Additional Responsibilities include:
-Following up with group inquiries.
-Creating Group contracts.
-Manages group sales accounts.
-Demonstrates awareness of established goals to exceed revenue goals.
-Process reports as requested.
-Maintains lead log and lead statistics to be used for strategic outbound sales.
-Quotes prices for meeting inquiries, groups, etc.
-Any other duties assigned by the admin team.
