Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures - Make beds and change linens - Clean and polish furniture and fixtures - Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairways - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
