Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseperson to join our team. As a Hotel Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. This is a vital role in our hospitality team, and we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and have a teamwork mentality.

Duties:
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and presentable, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing
- Restock supplies in public areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
