- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure they are presented in an appealing manner

- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
