WANTED: Cleaning Technicians for Carpet/Upholstery/Tile/Hardwood

Best Way Carpet Cleaning is scheduling interviews now for Cleaning Technicians in the Ann Arbor area.

This is a full time Mon-Fri position with occasional evening and weekend hours when needed. You will start as a crew assistant working with very knowledgable crew leaders who are easy to get along with. You will meet at our shop in the mornings and then ride together in our work vans as a team to complete your days schedule.

We offer a starting base pay of $17/hour with tremendous potential for increased pay. Our crew assistants routinely average over $25/hr after tips and bonuses.

Other aspects of the compensation package include:

• Performance bonuses
• Paid holidays
• Tips (OMG they are significant!)

THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Must be able to lift over 60lbs. easily and be able to carry equipment safely into customers homes.
• Must not be afraid of getting dirty.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must not be a jerk.
