Responsibilities:
- Clean windows of residential and commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a clear and polished appearance
- Operate and maintain equipment such as squeegees, ladders, and extension poles
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or window cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve a streak-free finish on windows
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs
