Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED).

2. Customer Service Skills:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

· A friendly and approachable demeanor.

3. Product Knowledge:

· Basic knowledge of the products or services offered by the store.

· Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on product information.

4. Sales Skills:

· A willingness and ability to sell products or services and meet sales targets.

· Basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.

5. Cash Handling Skills:

· Basic math skills for processing transactions, cash handling and giving correct change.

6. Computer Skills:

· Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

· Familiar with basic software applications, such as email and iPad.

7. Physical Stamina:

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity, such as lifting and restocking merchandise up to 25lbs.

8. Attention to Detail:

· Accuracy in handling cash, processing transactions, and inventory counts.

9. Teamwork:

· A willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

10. Dependability:

· Consistent attendance and punctuality.

· Reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts and commitments.

11. Legal Eligibility to Work:

· Proof of legal eligibility to work in the country.

· Must be twenty-one (21) years of age to work independently in store.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour
