Requirements:

• Accounting degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

• 1-3 years of experience in both AP and AR preferred

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have strong work ethics and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and interactively with other staffs

• Detail & Task oriented, able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines, and productively keep up with work.

• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products, experience with accounting software is a big plus but now required.

• Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM with a 1-hour lunch

Job Responsibilities:

The applicant may perform the following tasks (but not limited to):

• Review invoices from vendors for accuracy – Working with operations as needed to ensure all cost items are entered correctly and timely

• Reconcile Bank Accounts, and Corporate Cards

• Review company’s monthly expense bills and employee monthly reimbursement invoices

• Monitor customer accounts receivable balances and collection efforts.

• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Sort out daily accounting documents

• Annual 1099 Preparation

• Other tasks as assigned
