Base plus variable pay structure

At Best Practice Medicine, we believe that when we win, we win as a team, and when we lose, we lose as a team. What this means as an Operations Supervisor is that your compensation structure is founded on three simple pillars:

Right Person in the Right Seat = Base Compensation. This is about your alignment with our core values (the right person) and how you demonstrate that you get your role, want your position, and can do your job (right seat). This determines base compensation. You must consistently demonstrate you are the right person and in the right seat.

Company variables - We’ve got a plan. We know where we want to be in 10 years, this year, and the next 90 days. We believe in paying people primarily based on their ability to perform the work necessary to achieve our goals. As Operations Supervisor, you exercise direct control into achieving these goals. Half of your possible variable pay is based on the company reaching at least 80% of the quarterly company goals.

Department variables - You have an essential seat at the company leadership table and are expected to assist in setting the path to achieve our hopes and dreams. This means that half of your possible variable pay depends on you and the collective ability of the Travel Paramedic team to execute departmental goals which are related to the company vision.
