Best Point is seeking an individual that provides ongoing supportive consultations and flexible case management services for up to 20 families, delivered either virtually or through a combination of phone calls, emails, virtual or in-person through individual meetings. Offers parent education and connects families to resources needed to strengthen their self-sufficiency and capacity to meet the need of their children.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

• Minimum Associates degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education (CDA), or related field from an accredited college or university; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Will accept education and work experience that meets requirements for Career Pathways Level (CPL) 3 as outlined by Ohio’s Early Childhood Professional Development Network
• Experience building trusted relationships and communicating with diverse groups and individuals developing mutual understanding, respect and empowerment. 
• Experience providing home visiting, case management or peer support services to families or children preferred. 
• Knowledge of accessing community resources required.
• Experience with family-driven problem solving, solution-based outcomes and collection of screening tools. 
• Demonstrated experience working within community-based systems to remove barriers for families seeking services, knowledge of accessing resources. 
• Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications; 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
