Best Specialized, one of three Fleets operated by Best Logistics Group, is now hiring an experienced, dynamic, motivated individual for our Full Time Driver Trainer!
In Best Specialized, our goal is to prepare our trainees with real-world experience by providing them with hands-on drive time and industry-relevant knowledge that will assist in their success and professional growth as Specialized Drivers. The ideal? the candidate is an experienced driver trainer that can work well in a team environment and provide constructive feedback to their trainees. This will be a local-run position, leaving out and returning to our South Point, Ohio terminal daily.
Monday through Friday, 12-hour shifts, $23.00 per hour, paid weekly! Job Duties

• Provide instruction and safe environment to trainees
• Observe, document, and provide feedback to trainees as necessary to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance and performance.
• Perform regular duties as a Local Specialized driver

Job Requirements:
Qualifications

• Possess a Class A CDL License
• At least 5 years experience driving a Class A CDL Vehicle.
• At least 2 years experience driving within the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year(s) driving Flatbed
