```Job Overview:```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

```Duties:```
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting and transfer equipment
- Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines and activities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the individual, following all infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other members of the care team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in patient care or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently while adhering to established protocols
