BEST HOME CARE is Hiring a Home Health Aide School Administrator Near Wakefield, MA

FLEXIBLE MOTHERS HOURS!!!!

❖ Uses understanding based on empathetic listening and observation to influence, develop, help or lead others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Schedule training programs and instructors to teach classes.
❖ Answer phones and provide the needed assistance.
❖ Meet with students, employers, and others to discuss the training programs, and give tours of the facility.
❖ Register students for upcoming programs.
❖ Accept payments, document payments, keep financial records, and maintain receipt records.
❖ Meet with classes and individual students to describe school expectations. Obtain documentation from students prior to nursing home placement.
❖ Create and maintain student records that meet the requirements of DPL and DPH.
❖ Create and maintain human resource records for training center staff and instructors. Submit records to DPL for approval.
❖ Create and maintain documents required for DPH and DPL annual reviews and audits. Provide the necessary follow up to ensure approval and licensure of our programs.
❖ Create and maintain class calendars.
❖ Maintain website, training pro, and social media sites.
❖ Develop and maintain relationships with the career center, employers, Best Home Care staff, and other agencies staff and businesses.
❖ Attend meetings individually, or with the director or instructors, to promote our programs.
❖ Research, price and purchase office furniture and supplies.
❖ Arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment.
❖ Ensure that the school environment is clean and organized.
❖ Perform general clerical duties and make and organize tests and other documents needed by instructors.
❖ Make arrangements and provide job fairs at the school, attend outside job fairs, and other organizational functions.
❖ Assist the director by performing other functions as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in school or office administration
- Demonstrated Abilities -
o Outstanding verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Friendly personality with highly professional telephone skills.
- Required Skills-
o Be an effective communicator in all areas: written, oral, and technologically
o Have basic understanding of computers and software.
o Be a Problem-solver and think critically.
o Ability to manage competing commitments
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
