### Customer Service Representative

#### Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with information, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

#### Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Knowledge of dog training, animal handling, veterinary, kennel, pet grooming, pet sitting, animal restraint, animal care is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting if required.
- Experience as a veterinary technician is a plus.
