Responsibilities: - Provide childcare and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development - Create a structured daily routine for children that includes playtime, meals, naptime, and educational activities - Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times - Assist with personal care tasks such as diapering, feeding, and dressing - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and cooperation among children Skills: - Experience in childcare, toddler care, and infant care - Knowledge of childhood development stages and age-appropriate activities - Ability to educate and engage children in learning through play - Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or classroom settings is a plus - Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
