Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our internal staff as well as external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare engagement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating and empowering others.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to the needs of internal staff and external clients.
  • Conduct training sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal staff and external clients, both in person and virtually, covering topics such as healthcare engagement strategies, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance evaluations, and other metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare engagement to ensure training materials and methods remain current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to internal staff and external clients, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional training as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare engagement principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**We are accepting applications from candidates who live within Chicago, IL and/or Tucker, GA

**Salary Range is $55,000-$80,000**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
