Best Dam Steakhouse is Hiring a Busser Near Batesville, AR
Bussers support restaurant staff by cleaning dishes, clearing and setting tables, stocking supplies and helping guests. This is a fast-paced environment. The main job responsibility will be to clean and reset tables and make sure flatware and plates are readily available.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Removing tableware such as dishes and utensils to keep tables from becoming too crowded
*Clearing tables of dirty utensils, napkins, and dishes and cleaning surfaces so that they are ready for the next guests
*Ensuring the availability of clean dishes, flatware, and glasses for tables
*Helping the Dishwashers by sorting and organizing used tableware and readying it for washing
*Cleaning any spills in the kitchen and dining area
Skills and Qualifications
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills for conveying information to other staff members
*Knowledge of food production and service, including safe storage practices, handling methods and laws and regulations
*Ability to tolerate stress and work in a fast-paced environment
*Physical strength for lifting and moving heavy objects and stamina for standing and walking for long hours
*Dexterity for dealing with objects that are fragile and otherwise need careful handling
*Organization skills and attention to detail
