Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and requests promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid US drivers license
- Ability to work weekends
- Housekeeping experience, management experience preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
