Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their customers.

The job involves carrying out commercial office cleaning for a company operating in the medical technology field, located in the technology park in Kansas City, MO. We are looking for someone meticulous, efficient, and completely autonomous to perform exemplary quality work without supervision on weekday evenings.

Work Schedule:

The work is to be done from Monday to Thursday starting at 8 PM.

Friday evening after 8 PM, to be completed before Monday morning!

Number of hours per shift:

3 hours

Total number of hours per week:

15 hours

Duties:
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills
