As a Senior Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll provide service, consultation and basic design solutions to our customers. This is a great next step for you once you’ve gained experience working with customers and providing the right products for their needs.

In addition to meeting customers in stores and virtually, you’ll also work in their homes. Over time, you’ll build relationships with customers and find opportunities to provide follow-up solutions based on their future needs. What you’ll do

• Use knowledge across all categories to build complete, impactful solutions
• Exercises relationship skills and adaptability when navigating between customers' homes, retail stores and virtual environments
• Maintain relationships with other employees across channels through coaching and supervision to ensure smooth processes
• Connect customers with other experts within the company as needed Basic qualifications
• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields
• 2 years of experience selling in specialty or premium product categories, luxury brands or custom design environments
• Current, valid driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• Acquire, gain and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire date Preferred qualifications
• 1 year of leadership experience in related field or military leadership equivalent
