Summary:
Best Buds Dispensary, located in Dover, DE, is seeking a Lead Dispensary Technician to guide our team in delivering exceptional, patient-centered service. This leadership role is crucial in managing our dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with the Delaware Medical Marijuana Program, and providing education and support to our patients. Essential Functions:

• Lead by example, providing outstanding service to patients while adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients on products, safe consumption methods, and the benefits of cannabis.
• Handle advanced customer service issues, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, security, and POS procedures.
• Train and mentor new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure operational excellence, from managing closing tasks to maintaining security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, healthcare, counseling, or social work is highly valued.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; we welcome those with a passion for patient care and a friendly, curious disposition.
