The purpose of this role will be to provide assistance in the preparation of contract documents, the tendering process and other general site administration duties.Proactively drive company safety, environment and quality policies, practices and procedures in compliance with Management Plans and OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.Assist with the trade package tendering process including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list, issue of documents, receipt of tenders, comparison of tenders and submission of tender recommendation for approval.Assist with general administration of trade packages following award including progress payments, variations and final accounts.Compilation and control of project documents including maintenance of a control register.
