Job Summary

Lead a team of professionals supporting the mission of the Mission Command Center of Excellence (MC CoE) Directorate of Training (DOT). This support encompasses providing support to determine the Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) training support requirements in the Operational and Institutional Domains and support to the development of training products for the MC Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.

 As a team:
• Analyze and develop training support system requirements for MC CoE proponent systems.
• Develop, update and review training products in support of MC CoE JCIDS process.

Clearance Requirements 

There is a Secret Clearance Requirement for this position. 

Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications

• Three years of experience in Military Training Development
• MEL 4 Qualified
• Bachelor’s degree 

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications

• Working knowledge of Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS)
• Completed the Army Training and Education Developer’s Middle Manager Course or its equivalent
