Job Summary
This position provides critical support across the AQC portfolio.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Top Secret clearance requirement for this position with SCI eligibility.
Essential Functions/ PWS Requirement
Setting-up and maintaining file plan.
Engaging AQ members and external stakeholders on tasker-related items.
Creating, editing, and maintaining MS Access and SharePoint databases.
Performing reconciliations between databases.
Maintaining records and executing Government administrative policies.
Receiving and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and action item tasking and tracking including monitoring deadlines in TMT, and reviewing correspondence for correctness.
Independently reviewing outgoing correspondence and ensuring handling requirements for classified (Secret/TS-SCI) materials are accurately followed.
Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
Clearance:
Current TS-SCI Security Clearance
Civilian Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS)
Associate degree plus 4 years relevant work experience may be substituted for a BA/BS Degree
Experience:
Proficient with AF Portal, MS Access, and TMT.
Requires attention to detail, knowledge of the Privacy Act regulations, and CUI handling.
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
US Military Educational Level (MEL) IV, Command and General Staff College or equivalent
