Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters, process control, troubleshoot deviations from established parameters, improve overall machine reliability, assist in technical corrective actions with the assistance with production techs 2,3 & 4.
- Read job specifications to determine required machine adjustments.
- Work on equipment stoppages, Basic (hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical).
- Performs routine start-up/shutdown of machines, as required (during start-up/shutdown days)
- Work with level 2, 3, or 4 technician in troubleshooting issues related to equipment performance
- Follows production machine priority related to schedule.
- Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs. Follow all company safety rules
- Read and review process order for specific instructions
- Follow all cGMP rules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 6s and Performance Dialogues
- Performs other related duties as assigned
