Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Cardiology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cardiology clinic team. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, assist with procedures, and educate patients on their cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and a passion for helping patients improve their heart health.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with cardiac procedures such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and EKGs
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and medication compliance
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Follow clinic protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiology nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Knowledge of cardiac medications and treatments
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
