Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities based on patient needs and unit guidelines.7. Ensure that medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained and readily available.8. Follow established protocols, guidelines, and safety measures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.9. Document patient care activities accurately and completely.10. Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.Qualifications and Skills:1. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.2. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.4. Proficient understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.5. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.8. Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and unit dynamics.9. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.10.
