* Has an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology, and a current Veterinary Technician license (new graduates with a scheduled board testing date are welcome)

* Can handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency

* Enjoys being a contributing part of a team, and works well with team members of all levels as well as individually

* Has excellent communication skills

* Is patient and nurturing to pets, while staying empathetic to their owners
