1st Ensure you are a registered account and have an account with BDL. If not, click HERE to register.
You have the option to ship gypsum models, 3d printed models or impressions to BDL. (There is an additional fee to pour up models from impressions)
BDL also accepts your completed RPD design .stl files for manufacturing. We 1st must enable your account for .stl uploads. Please email LazerTEK@bertramdental.com to establish this option or give us a call. (920) 731-1483.
How do I send model or IOS scans?
BDL currently does not accept model or IOS scans. However, we can help you with this workflow. Once you have an RPD design file we can manufacture the frame. Simply email: LazerTEK@bertramdental.com to establish this workflow.
Who pays shipping?
- BDL pays return shipping. Next day service to most locations.
- You pay shipping (for physical models/cases) shipped to BDL.
- Save money and get our discounted shipping rates by printing labels directly from our website.

Do your alloys have Nickel or Beryllium in them?
NO all alloys used for BDL products are Nickel and Beryllium free.

What is the cut off time for uploading RPD design files for print service?
3pm CST is the cut off. Files after 3pm will move to the following day for LazerTEK® print service.
