Our mission at the Bert Nash Center as the Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) of Douglas County is to advance the health of the community through comprehensive behavioral health services responsive to evolving needs and changing environments. Pay is based on experience starting at $20.00 - $23.63 per hour, Full Time - 40 hours/week, non-exempt. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, KPERS retirement, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing free counseling and resources, and generous PTO.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Supportive Housing Case Manager (CPST) is to work with people (mainly adults) whom are currently struggling with symptoms of mental illness, that also need assistance with obtaining and maintaining independent community housing. The consumers are served by the Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center.

Our staff is large enough to provide wide-ranging services and small enough to accommodate individual concerns, both small and complex, in an affordable, quality-assured and culturally-sensitive manner. A volunteer citizen board of directors governs the center.
