Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. You need to understand that we move house to house, not in group homes.

Duties:

_ Have your Valid DL and reliable transportation
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
- Work with individuals on the autism spectrum to provide support and guidance
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements
- Provide caregiving services including companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily tasks

-Light cleaning, cooking, laundry and groceries shoppings
- Direct support in various settings such as home, community, or residential facilities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the individual

Experience:
- No experience needed, caregiver will trained
- Familiarity with resident rights and ability to advocate for clients' needs
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Willing to learn how to cook and meal preparation based on dietary restrictions
- Previous caregiving experience will be appreciated it
- Direct support experience in various settings is advantageous
