Overview

Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner to provide additional OCM support on a current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation project for one of our state government clients. This will involve integrating into and providing additions support to an existing team of OCM practitioners—including a mix of client, BerryDunn, and System Integrator (SI) staff. Such support will involve working on OCM efforts as a team, as well as leading certain aspects individually. You should have experience leading OCM efforts for IT projects/initiatives, including assessing stakeholder change impact/readiness and developing/executing OCM plans to address differing levels of change impact/readiness. It is preferred that the candidate filling this position be located in or willing to relocate to Carson City, Nevada. For the right candidate, traveling to Carson City, Nevada 50% of the time may be acceptable.

You will apply your OCM knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system, through assisting state government staff members with embracing and adopting the new ERP system and the changes that will impact them as a result. This will require both providing advice/guidance to our state government client and taking direction/guidance from the state government OCM lead—and working in collaboration with all members of the existing OCM team. You will bring a mix of expert-level OCM and Organizational Development (OD) capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

There is immense opportunity for growth and career development within the firm and with this position. The chosen candidate will be positioned at the forefront of growing and leading our work in the state government ERP system space and OCM/OD space more generally. We are also supportive of training/education for continuous professional development.

Travel Expectations: Approximately 50% travel to client sites is anticipated to support future engagements/projects (once the above-described project ends).
