Responsibilities

Responsible to operate and maintain assigned lines in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity while working a 12.5-hour shift. Provide support to the line lead.

Qualifications

• Safety: performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations.
• BBS and Near-miss reporting participation
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders and senior . process Engineers for issues and improvements
• Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
