Berry Construction Company, a leading General Contractor in the Southeast, is actively seeking a

Pre-Construction Analyst. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for finding and contacting potential subcontractors/suppliers to solicit bid proposals for commercial construction projects. They must be goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Knowledge of construction is preferred but not required.

• Computer skills - Should be comfortable accessing information and using programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Data entry - Should have some exposure to data entry processes and understand best practices.
• Attention to detail - This role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure that data is correctly entered and secured and that it's accessible by authorized personnel.
• Communication skills - Must have effective verbal and written communication skills particularly when providing assistance to team members or preparing reports.
• Time management - This role also requires excellent time management, as multiple projects will be bidding concurrently.
• Document Control - Will be seeking out new subcontractors/supplier in new and existing markets and keeping records of contact information.

Job Type:

• Full-time, salaried position.
• Business Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., additional hours may be required on deadlines.
• Business-casual attire.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Construction experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required).

Work Location:

• Corporate office. No remote working.
