We are now recruiting for friendly and reliable Night Houseman to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service.

As the Night Houseman, you will be responsible for security, night cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping during the evening shift.

Resolve and evaluate the maintenance and housekeeping concerns that evolve in the evening. Collaboration with multiple departments to complete tasks as needed for the resort and guests while keeping open lines of communication

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday focus on arrivals helping with bags, etc.
• Building Security Checks - Walk the halls of each building sporadically, pool areas, exercise room and game room as well as walking the entire grounds.

All security checks must be recorded in the front desk logbook.)

• Remove all trash from wherever needed, including ground trash i.e., cigarette butts
• Check Mechanical Rooms - hot water and loop temperatures.
• Test and clean pools and spas. (when pool certified)
• Remove trash from pool areas, restrooms, game rooms and other Sports Club Areas.
• Ensure that the people using the pool are our guests, owners, sports club members, employees, or other authorized pool users
• Empty trash in the pool areas, remove dirty towels, straighten chairs and pick-up any scattered trash.
• Complete Pool Closing Checklist Nightly
• Complete Nightly Houseman Checklist
• Turned in Nightly to Front Desk.
• Perform specific job assignments as requested by departments 12, 32, 42, 43
• Check mailbox in maintenance for work orders
• Complete Maintenance Logs
• Responsible for delivery of all amenities needed by guests
• DVD players, microwaves, cot's, etc.
• Check all common area lighting and test emergency lights.
• As time permits, you may be assigned maintenance projects such as painting, repairs, etc.
• Spread ice melt and clear walkways as needed ( *priority in season )
• Assist with shoveling / plowing snow as needed.
• Assist guests as needed with Gold Crown Customer Service
• Other assignments as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

• Customer Service Skills
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and without supervision

Requirements :

• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
