This role provides Payroll, Benefits, and HR consultation for Cameron owned companies that do not have their own HR Departments.
We are looking for someone with HR Acumen and experience applying said acumen that can analyze a situation and problem solve quickly, that approaches each interaction with a consultant’s mind-set, and demonstrates a high level of competence and excels in organizing, planning, prioritizing, and time management.
Candidates should have 5 years combination experience as an HR Generalist and payroll, have strong verbal & written communication skills, be able to work under pressure with calmness & steadiness, and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Candidates with experience working in a Family Office for High Wealth Family is a plus.
We prefer candidates that can work in our Oklahoma City office. We work hybrid schedules with 1-2 days a week “Work from Home” (WFH). We typically work M-F 830-530, but we are flexible as this job requires flexibility to work outside standard business hours/days as needed.
We also demand high levels of confidentiality, a sense of urgency, & strong work ethic.
