Berret's is an extremely busy restaurant in a prime location in the heart of Williamsburg. The money is excellent year-round. Experience serving in an upscale casual restaurant is required. Availability needs to include weekends, day and evening shifts and holidays. Sunday availability is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Process customer payments using Toast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery

Requirements:
- Previous experience in upscale, full-service food service restaurant is a must
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
