At our office, ensuring a seamless patient experience is paramount. From maintaining a bustling schedule to managing billing and collections, every task contributes to our commitment to excellence. Dental assisting experience is certainly a bonus, adding depth to your skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

-Providing unparalleled customer service (non-negotiable!)
-Handling new patient inquiries via calls and emails
-Efficiently scheduling new and existing patients
-Managing a Customer Lead Sheet (training provided)
-Coordinating new patient paperwork and insurance benefits
-Extending a warm welcome to all patients and offering amenities
-Acting as a liaison between the front and back office
-Assisting with marketing initiatives and special events
-Crafting personalized "Thank You" letters for new patients and referrers
-Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
