7-attorney, high-value case-handling Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated TRIAL PARALEGAL with 5 years of litigation experience in either plaintiff's personal injury or bodily injury defense litigation to join its CORAL GABLES office. (Our office is located halfway between downtown Miami and Coral Gables).

We do not handle soft-tissue cases. All of our files involve severe or catastrophic injuries. 50% of our cases are in federal court (maritime) and 50% are in state court. Federal experience is not required but would likely get you a higher salary.

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 5 years experience as a Plaintiff's or B.I. Defense Trial Paralgeal. You will have helped prepare AT LEAST ten (10) injury cases for trial in FL, including trial binders, designations, motions in limine, other trial motions, etc. If you attended trials, you will be considered for the highest salary.

SALARY: $75,000 to $90,000 per year

DUTIES : Opening case files, issuing subpoenas / HIPAA authorizations for medical record/bills, drafting demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to trial prep. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
