BERMAN LAW GROUP is Hiring an Intake Specialist/Administrative Assistant - Personal Injury Near Orlando, FL

Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will handle both administrative responsibilities and client intake procedures within a legal setting, ensuring a professional and empathetic interaction with clients who have suffered personal injuries. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves comprehensive interviews, document management, and CRM administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and empathetic intake interviews with personal injury clients, collecting detailed information about incidents, injuries, and potential legal claims.
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks within various CRM programs, ensuring accurate data entry, record-keeping, and timely communication.
  • Translate legal documents and correspondences, facilitate clear communication between clients and legal professionals, and follow up with clients in writing and by phone.
  • Organize and prepare documentation for legal teams, summarizing key case details, and ensuring meticulous records of client information with strict confidentiality.
  • Support the training and development of new hires and assist in administrative tasks such as sending, receiving, and managing legal and administrative documents.
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and other facilities, and handle communications with adjusters and other parties.
  • Provide basic information about legal processes to clients, assisting them in understanding the next steps and timelines for personal injury claims.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to relay client information and support case transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills focused on empathy and active listening.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar role; familiarity with legal terminology and processes preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in managing CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in legal or administrative fields is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 annually
  • Job Types: Full-time, Hybrid remote, Contract
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities
