Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near Roswell, GA

Job description

Purpose of Job:

This position creates graphic-related work and digital assets for the company. Design work may include flyers/brochures, newspaper advertising, website content, direct mail pieces, brand campaigns, catalogs, flyers, social media assets/reels and other promotional and presentation materials. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing visually appealing graphics and curating compelling content.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Job Functions)

1. Create designs for both print and digital media. This includes flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, direct marketing materials, social media assets, reels and more.

2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

3. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tap Bio, and LinkedIn

4. Maintain social media accounts by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries

5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns

7. Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:

1. Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tap Bio
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software such as CapCut; Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; Canva
4. Ability to design and illustrate visually appealing graphics for social media posts

5. Ability to write engaging captions and content for social media posts
6. Experience with digital design, layout design, logo design, and typesetting
7. Photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media content

Qualifications

Education:

· Associate’s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

· 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including social media.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.

· Strong creative and conceptual skills.

· Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

· Effective oral and written communication skills.

· Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
